Timing

The Principal must decide the time period in which the LifeDocs General Non-Enduring Power of Attorney will operate.

Authorisation

Impose Conditions or Provide Instructions?

Here the Principal may elect to impose additional conditions on the Attorney(s) when they exercise their powers. For example, if Attorney have authority to deal with financial matters, the Principal may impose an condition on the Attorneys that they obtain advice from a suitably qualified financial adviser prior to exercising any powers relating to the Principal’s financial affairs where the amount is greater than $10,000.
